Jackson Comfort Services, a trusted plumbing, heating, and air conditioning provider serving the Cleveland and Akron area, seeks a Procurement Specialist to source HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials, manage supplier relations, and optimize inventory. The role supports operations across service teams and requires strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and purchasing software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Source and purchase HVAC, plumbing, electrical materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, rebates, and vendor agreements.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Work with internal teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Monitor usage trends, backorders, and emergency orders.
• Conduct inventory audits and help reduce excess inventory and stockouts.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and resolve pricing, delivery, quality, and invoice issues.
• Identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports for management.
