Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Procurement Buyer to manage inventory and drive MRP-based purchasing. You will work with Planning, Operations, and Finance to ensure cost, quality, and timely delivery of materials.

The role requires an Associate degree and 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Domestic and international travel may be required as part of supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Assoc degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills; able to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and related software.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement stocking models considering demand, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities.
• Create and manage purchase orders; track orders and coordinate inbound logistics to meet dates.
• Resolve supplier issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, Finance to align purchasing with production and cash flow.
