Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a procurement professional to manage stocking, MRP-driven purchases, and supplier relations. The role supports inventory targets and on-time delivery across global operations.

You will collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery, while contributing to sustainable sourcing practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in business or supply chain.
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRPs and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and software.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement stocking models considering demand, lead times and supplier capabilities.
• Execute MRP actions and translate demand signals into purchase orders.
• Create and manage purchase orders; track orders and inbound logistics.
• Resolve supplier issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain supplier relationships and track performance (OTIF).
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics and Finance.
