LATICRETE International is seeking a Buyer/Procurement professional to manage sourcing, inventory, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will execute MRP-driven purchasing, maintain master data, and work with cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, an associate degree, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management (35%): Implement stocking models considering demand, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities.
• Inventory Management (35%): Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to stocking models based on changing demand patterns.
• Inventory Management (35%): Support inventory risk identification and communicate mitigation options to leadership.
• Procurement (30%): Execute MRP action messages and translate demand signals into purchase actions.
• Procurement (30%): Create and manage purchase orders; track orders and inbound logistics.
• Procurement (30%): Confirm acknowledgments and update stakeholders on order status.
• Supplier Relationship Management (10%): Cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
