Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Buyer responsible for procuring quality goods, managing inventory, and executing MRP-driven purchasing to sustain targeted service levels. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Operations, Finance, and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree, 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation and data analysis skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• 3+ years in procurement or inventory roles.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement processes to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Create and manage purchase orders; track inbound logistics.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Suppliers.
• Maintain master data and optimize stocking levels.
