Job summary

The AIC Procurement Manager ensures centralized purchasing, accurate inventory, and compliant workflows across all AIC locations, coordinating with Pharmacy, Trade, and Supply Chain to support safe, cost-efficient infusion delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with NP leadership, maintaining data integrity, and using WeInfuse to automate ordering while upholding Buy & Bill

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or supply chain.
• 5–10 years in medical purchasing or infusion center operations.
• Experience with purchasing platforms and EHR/EMR systems.
• Familiarity with Buy & Bill and infusion workflows.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
• Attention to detail and fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate centralized AIC purchasing and order coordination.
• Place consolidated orders and ensure account accuracy.
• Verify inventory levels with each AIC to prevent overstocking.
• Collaborate with NP and AIC leadership for delivery timelines.
• Serve as liaison between AICs, Pharmacy, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain inventory visibility and data integrity.
• Support Buy and Bill and Clear Bag workflows.
• Utilize WeInfuse scheduling data to automate ordering.
• Maintain item master data and order routing.
• Participate in training and process improvements.
