Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking an AIC Procurement Manager to lead centralized purchasing and inventory coordination for its infusion centers across the U.S. This role ensures timely, accurate procurement of medications and supplies, aligns with clinical teams, and safeguards patient-first care through cost-effective and compliant practices.

You will oversee consolidated orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Pharmacy, Trade, and Supply Chain to drive efficient operations and reliable delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or supply chain (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years in medical purchasing, inventory coordination, or infusion center operations.
• Experience with purchasing platforms and infusion systems (WeInfuse, Caretend) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Buy & Bill workflows and infusion supply chain.
• Excellent organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Centralized AIC Purchasing & Order Coordination across locations.
• Verify inventory levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with NP leadership to confirm delivery timelines and urgent needs.
• Serve as a purchasing liaison between AICs, Pharmacy, and Supply Chain/Trade.
• Maintain inventory visibility and data integrity across sites.
• Support Buy and Bill and Clear Bag workflows with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with centralized procurement processes and governance.
