Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager for the Van Dyke Cornerstone program in New York City. The role supports high-risk young adults through ISPs addressing education, employment, health and life skills, acting as a connector to city agencies and community providers.

The position reports to the Program Director, is full-time at the Van Dyke Cornerstone site, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years’ experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and Outlook and knowledge of databases.
• Good communications skills (written and verbal).
• Lift and move boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients and maintain client confidentiality.
• Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
• Comply with Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies.
• Maintains accurate files of paperwork and purchase orders.
• Assist with purchasing/procurement support (reconcile purchase orders and invoices).
• Assist with keeping records on contract requirements regarding purchasing, vendors and purchasing groups.
