Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in storeroom management, purchasing, or accounting preferred.
• Ability to follow procurement regulations and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Procures parts, supplies, and services ensuring optimal pricing and quality.
• Manages vendor relationships and conducts routine purchasing bids.
• Receives, logs, and stores materials; conducts inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Forecasts usage and places orders to meet seasonal demands.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff on supply needs and critical parts.
• Maintains orderly parts room and records transactions accurately.
