The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field, with at least three years in transportation planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation planning or public transit preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills required.
• Proficiency with GIS software (ArcGIS) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and refine transit service standards and performance metrics.
• Analyze ridership, on-time performance, and customer feedback to support service changes.
• Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement service adjustments.
• Assist with multimodal planning and master plan initiatives.
