C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Buyer's Assistant II to support inventory inbound maintenance and service level troubleshooting. You will assist buyers, vendors, and warehouses with purchase orders, data collection, and procurement reporting.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and solid MS Office skills. First shift in New Hampshire offers stable hours and opportunities to learn procurement processes.

Formación

• GED or HS diploma required.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Enter purchase orders manually into the order processing system.
• Manage inbound purchase orders: revisions, expedites, dating, follow up until receipt.
• Respond to calls and emails from customers, buyers, vendors, and warehouses.
• Handle return logistics and disposition of impaired inventories (R-Bills).
• Produce and distribute various procurement reports.
• Collect, organize, and distribute data.
• Assist with start-up tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Travel required: No.
