Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support North America Supply Chain. The role translates supply chain performance into financial insight to enhance material cost control, price variance, supplier performance, and working capital.

The ideal candidate will have strong procurement finance, driver-based planning, cost analysis, inventory management, and cross-functional decision support experience, enabling actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or business partnering finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial statement linkages.

Responsabilités

• Translate supply chain performance into financial insight to improve material cost and working capital.
• Lead forecasting for procurement and materials with forward views on costs and supplier pricing dynamics.
• Oversee KPI reporting, including PPV, cost trends, inventory levels, and forecast-to-actual variances.
