Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in SIOP, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding of P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP/IBP process for alignment of plans.
• Oversee developing short, mid, and long-range demand and supply plans.
• Own inventory strategy and drive improvements in inventory turns.
