Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Financial Analyst, Procurement, to join our Oak Brook, IL-based Finance team. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis of raw material and packaging costs within the Supply Chain.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, and Division teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights for strategic decisions. You’ll perform monthly results analysis, monitor KPIs, and communicate key drivers to business partners,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required.
1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related analytical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to build collaborative working relationships across functions and work effectively in a team.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets for procurement expenses.
Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
Analyze variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate key drivers to business partners.
Support cost savings initiatives through financial analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, and Division Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
