Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Oak Brook, IL seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) Reporting. You will support data input, analysis, and reporting for the Operating Company and help track plant financial goals within Growth Units.

Role partners with plant finance managers to ensure timely reporting and drive process improvements across operations. Requires finance/accounting degree, strong Excel/MS Office, and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Business Analytics experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel requirement: Less than 5% for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial analysis skills in a plant operations environment.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly plant variance reports, including volume, labor, and material usage.
• Support Annual Operation Plan execution with variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data collection.
• Build collaborative relationships with finance partners and across functions.
• Provide Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
