Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Financial Analyst, Procurement, to join our Finance team in Oak Brook, IL. The role supports procurement costs analysis, forecasting, and financial insights to drive cost savings and performance improvements.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Division teams to evaluate business performance and provide guidance on strategic objectives. This is a hybrid, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships across functions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets for procurement expenses.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting performance.
• Analyze variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate key drivers to business partners.
• Support cost savings initiatives through financial analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, and Division Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
