Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. The role supports data input, analysis, and reporting for the Supply Chain COE, partnering with plant finance managers to ensure accurate reporting and process improvements. Hybrid work options available in Oak Brook, IL or De Pere, WI.

You’ll add value by analyzing plant variance, optimizing reporting, and delivering ad hoc insights to improve operations and performance company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• Strong Excel skills and business analytics experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with solid organization.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial analysis in a plant operations environment.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly plant variance reports (volume, labor, materials).
• Support annual operation plan with variance analysis.
• Identify improvements in plant reporting processes and data collection.
• Collaborate with finance partners and cross-functional teams; provide ad hoc reporting.
