Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Financial Analyst, Procurement, to join our Finance team in Oak Brook, IL. The role supports the Supply Chain through financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis of raw material and packaging costs, partnering with Procurement, Finance, and Division teams to drive cost savings and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly results, tracking KPIs, analyzing variances, and supporting ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; SAP experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets for procurement expenses.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
Analyze variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate key drivers to business partners.
Support cost savings initiatives through financial analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, and Division Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
