Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC seeks a Procurement and Expediting Manager for the Lake City Microgrid and CHP project, with hybrid planning and Independence site presence. You will own procurement registers, manage buyouts, and integrate vendor performance into the project schedule.

The role requires extensive experience in industrial EPC procurement, supplier oversight, and risk mitigation, with travel as project needs require and compliance with safety and access standards.

Qualifications

• Eight years industrial equipment procurement, expediting and commercial bid evaluation.
• Industrial EPC equipment procurement and commercial bid-tab experience.
• Ability to validate a supplier milestone independently and maintain an auditable procurement file.
• Ability to meet the applicable installation access, safety, information-handling, and assignment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build the long-lead register for turbines, HRSGs, switchgear/MSEs, SEL, MGCS, fuel and security equipment.
• Verify submittal approvals, quotations, supplier commitments, manufacturing dates, factory tests, logistics and storage plans.
• Coordinate RICHARD buyout, supplier expediting, alternate evaluation, and ERP procurement approval limits.
• Escalate late vendor drawings or fabrication slippage with documented critical-path impact.
• Reconcile receipts, inspections, invoices, warranties and spares with the equipment-in-place register.
