Job summary

WNS Holdings seeks an AI & Automation Manager to lead AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives for Procurement (S2P). The role drives efficiency, quality, compliance, and digital transformation across source-to-pay processes.

You will deliver AI/GenAI, RPA, OCR and NLP solutions, build procurement AI tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI in operations while tracking ROI and governance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/automation initiatives in procurement or enterprise functions.
• Ability to design and deploy AI tools across source-to-pay processes.

Role & responsibilities:

AI & Automation Manager: Overview Lead AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives for Procurement (S2P) to drive efficiency, quality, compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI/GenAI, RPA, OCR, NLP, and workflow automation across PR PO, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and supplier ops.
• Build Procurement AI tools: chatbots, extraction engines, document summarizers, RAG knowledge systems, intelligent workflows.
• Drive process automation to reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and enhance compliance.
• Partner with Category, Sourcing, Contracting, Finance, and Ops teams to embed AI in procurement operations.
• Manage end to end delivery: discovery design build test deploy adoption.
• Track KPIs, ROI, automation value, and ensure alignment with Responsible AI and procurement governance.
• Support capability building for the Procurement Automation & AI CoE.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech (CSE / IT / EEE preferred).
