Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. seeks a Procurement Digitalization Specialist to support projects that streamline purchasing, reporting and data visibility. You will build Excel tools, develop Power BI dashboards, and create compelling presentations for leadership.

Role requires fluent English, strong communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement. The team emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and continuous learning in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement / Legal or equivalent combined experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Motivated, detail oriented, and able to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support digitalization projects that improve purchasing processes, reporting and data visibility.
• Create Excel tools, PivotTables, charts, and data validation for reporting.
• Build PowerPoint presentations and management briefings from project data.
• Assist with development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for KPIs.
• Document processes and support testing and implementation of digitalization efforts.
• Interact with internal partners to identify improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
• Analyze data trends, present findings and recommendations to the team.
• Join digitalization workshops, project meetings and training efforts.
