Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a technically proficient intern to develop KPI dashboards and perform data analysis for supplier management.

You will participate in national and international project meetings and prepare presentations for top management. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a degree program, with a background in industrial engineering or supply chain, strong Excel or Power BI skills, and willingness to travel to local suppliers for learning experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; open-minded and adaptable.
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
• Experience with Python and Power BI is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Develop KPI dashboards to facilitate proactive supplier management.
• Prepare KPI-based top management presentations.
• Participate in national and international project meetings.
• Analyze supplier-related data points to drive improvement.
• Gain knowledge about manufacturing by visiting local suppliers.
• Assist with external communication to suppliers and code development with team data analysts.
