Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in a related area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic supply chain understanding.
• Experience with project management, data analysis, and programming.
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus; Cross-cultural experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI dashboards to support proactive supplier management.
• Prepare KPI-based top management presentations.
• Participate in regular national and international project meetings.
• Analyze supplier-related data points to drive improvements.
• Visit local suppliers to gain manufacturing knowledge.
