Job summary

Primary Services is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a hybrid contract role focused on vendor data management and supplier onboarding. The role spans master data administration, data validation, and supplier communication across SAP and a third-party vendor management platform.

You will collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve vendor information issues, develop performance dashboards, and enhance data governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years in master data management and data quality processes.
• Experience creating, updating, or maintaining vendor records within ERP or supplier management systems.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor registration, and vendor profile administration.
• Experience with data analysis, operational reporting, scorecards, or performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in SAP and vendor management platforms.
• Serve as a primary contact for suppliers requesting vendor profile changes, registration assistance, or documentation updates.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and guide vendors through third-party registration requirements.
• Review vendor profiles for missing information, duplicate records, inconsistencies, and data accuracy.
• Validate supplier documentation and resolve vendor master data discrepancies.
• Route vendor exceptions and requests requiring management authorization through established approval processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, site personnel, and Accounts Payable to resolve supplier information issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support master data governance and compliance procedures.
• Develop vendor scorecards, key performance indicators, and reports to monitor process effectiveness.
• Analyze recurring data issues and recommend improvements to vendor maintenance workflows.
• Support the standardization of vendor creation, onboarding, and profile update procedures.
• Monitor established processes and provide feedback to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
