Job summary

Primary Services seeks a Procurement Analyst to support vendor master data accuracy and governance across SAP and vendor management platforms. The role works with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure data integrity and smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in vendor management and 2+ years in master data, with SAP experience highly preferred. This hybrid position offers exposure to procurement processes and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years in master data management, data maintenance, validation, or governance.
• Experience with vendor master data in ERP or vendor management systems.
• SAP experience highly preferred, especially vendor master data processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori preferred.
• Background in Accounts Payable processing, vendor payments, or invoice workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor records in SAP and vendor management systems.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, including vendor registration, documentation, and profile updates.
• Review vendor information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Investigate and resolve missing information, duplicate records, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable to resolve vendor data and payment-related issues.
• Develop vendor management reports, functional scorecards, and KPIs.
• Analyze vendor data to identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvements.

The Procurement Analyst will support the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of vendor master data across SAP and vendor management platforms. This position plays an essential role in supplier onboarding, vendor profile administration, and procurement data management while working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts Payable. Beyond day-to-day vendor maintenance, the role will help strengthen data quality, standardize processes, and develop reporting tools that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in SAP and vendor management systems.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, including vendor registration, documentation, and profile updates.
• Review vendor information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve missing information, duplicate records, and data inconsistencies.
• Route vendor exceptions and requests requiring additional authorization through appropriate approval processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable to resolve vendor data and payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support ongoing master data governance initiatives.
• Develop vendor management reports, functional scorecards, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze vendor data to identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the standardization of vendor creation, maintenance, and onboarding procedures.
• Assist suppliers with navigating vendor management platforms and completing required documentation.
• Monitor vendor data quality and recommend improvements to existing workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years of experience in master data management, including data maintenance, validation, or governance.
• Experience creating, updating, or maintaining vendor records within ERP or vendor management systems.
• SAP experience highly preferred, particularly with vendor master data processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori preferred.
• Background in Accounts Payable processing, vendor payments, or invoice-related workflows preferred.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor registration, and data quality management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate business records.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
