Serving as a key point of contact for vendor information requests, this position combines master data administration, data validation, vendor communication, and operational reporting. This role suits professionals experienced in vendor maintenance, procurement support, or master data management who enjoy resolving data discrepancies and improving established processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in SAP and vendor management platforms.
• Serve as a primary contact for suppliers requesting vendor profile changes, registration assistance, or documentation updates.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and guide vendors through third-party registration requirements.
• Review vendor profiles for missing information, duplicate records, inconsistencies, and data accuracy.
• Validate supplier documentation and resolve vendor master data discrepancies.
• Route vendor exceptions and requests requiring management authorization through established approval processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, site personnel, and Accounts Payable to resolve supplier information issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support master data governance and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• 2+ years of experience in master data management, including data maintenance, validation, or data quality processes.
• Experience creating, updating, or maintaining vendor records within ERP or supplier management systems.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor registration, and vendor profile administration.
• SAP experience highly preferred, particularly involving vendor master data.
• Experience with SAP Fiori preferred.
• Accounts Payable processing or vendor payment administration experience preferred.
• Experience investigating missing information, resolving data inconsistencies, and validating supplier records.
• Experience with data analysis, operational reporting, scorecards, or performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
