NES Fircroft, Horn Lake, Mississippi, seeks an organized Purchasing Coordinator to manage day-to-day procurement activities. You will handle order processing, tracking, and vendor communication to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.

This hands-on role requires meticulous record-keeping, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with warehouses and suppliers in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP/inventory systems and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2‑year degree in business a plus.
• 5 years of experience in an office, warehouse, or supply chain support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with an ERP or inventory management system.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Review purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and transmit to vendors.
• Monitor open purchase orders for on-time delivery; notify internal teams of potential delays.
• Review stock levels and coordinate with warehouse to meet production/operational needs.
• Maintain routine contact with suppliers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and price inquiries.
• Address and resolve issues such as shipping errors, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for purchases, vendor records, and packing slips in the ERP system.
