Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Coordinator I Buyer to support procurement operations in Pearland, TX. You will assist with purchase orders, vendor communication, and records management to ensure smooth supply chain activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely order processing, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities to collaborate across project teams and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative support role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and purchasing records.
• Support the negotiation of favorable pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Track inventory levels and assist with replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.
• Resolve discrepancies with invoices, orders, and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand material needs.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers to improve cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Formazione
