This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0-2 years' experience, strong Excel skills, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of procurement or related experience.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Source and manage vendors; maintain approved vendor database.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers under supervision.
• Track orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Communicate procurement needs with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement records (POs, contracts, supplier data).
• Conduct market research for cost savings and new products.
• Collaborate with accounts payable to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
