21 Primoris Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator I Buyer to support the procurement department by assisting with purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

The role focuses on processing purchase orders, communicating with vendors, tracking inventory, and collaborating with project teams to meet material needs while upholding safety policies and company procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative support, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product info.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and purchasing records.
• Support negotiation of favorable pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Track inventory levels and assist with replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Resolve discrepancies with invoices, orders, and deliveries promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand material needs.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers to improve cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
