Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and discipline leads in planning, executing, and completing complex infrastructure projects in the Houston area. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality, with a focus on safety.

The position supports controls, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination between engineering and design, procurement, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Understanding of project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Controls resources including cost, scheduling and job books.
• Support the PM with deliverable tracking and schedule progressing.
• Provide coordination of deliverables between engineering and design resources.
• Provide technical support for cross-discipline interfaces and checking.
• Provide coordination between Procurement and Engineering for vendor drawing reviews and expediting technical feedback to vendors.
• This role can be considered a junior-PM role and may have career development opportunities in Project Management, Project Controls or Procurement functions on a project team.
