• Supervise day-to-day purchasing and contract operations, including competitive bidding and public works.
• Coordinate and ensure compliant execution of purchase orders, contracts, bids, RFQs and RFPs districtwide.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate procurement personnel; ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and district policies.
