Piper Companies is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Management Consultant to support a large-scale manufacturing facility expansion. The role partners with project leadership, engineering, construction stakeholders, and suppliers to manage procurement throughout the capital project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or contracting experience supporting capital projects.
• Experience procuring engineering, architectural, construction, design, or technical services.
• Strong background developing and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, service agreements, and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing activities for engineering, construction, equipment, and facility expansions.
• Develop and manage RFPs, RFQs, bid packages, and vendor selections.
• Source and negotiate agreements with engineering firms, construction contractors, equipment suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors.
