This multi-year contract requires an experienced procurement professional with construction management exposure who can drive outcomes at the project level.

The role focuses on overseeing capital equipment procurement, leading trade packages, and negotiating with CM partners to ensure procurement aligns with timelines and budget

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment procurement for large-scale programs.
• Background in EPC/CM or owner-side procurement in pharma or heavy industry.
• Ability to negotiate and influence trade package deals within CM delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital equipment procurement for a large-scale pharma capital program.
• Lead trade packages procurement in collaboration with on-site construction management.
• Negotiate and influence trade deals with CM across equipment and services.
• Manage procurement scope across electrical, mechanical, building automation, and infrastructure equipment.
• Partner with project stakeholders to align procurement with timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Monitor procurement progress and report to on-site leadership.
• Support resolution of procurement issues and disputes throughout the program.
• Drive favorable commercial outcomes on behalf of the owner.
