Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers invoicing approval process and contract compliance.
• Tracks invoices and coordinates with project personnel for approvals and payments.
• Manages purchase orders and revisions in the procurement system.
• Oversees contract approval processes and conformance of documents with Engineering.
• Leads project closeout, final payments, and resolution of claims when needed.
• Maintains tracking logs for contracts, revisions, invoices, and closeouts.
