Qualifications

• Skilled in personal computers, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• FCCM certificate preferred; FCCN certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Department of Juvenile Justice's Bureau of Procurement and Contract Administration.
• Process contracts, invoices, and purchase requisitions while managing vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Florida purchasing laws and review bids/proposals.
• Maintain contract files and administer the My Florida Market Place e-Procurement system.
• Provide technical assistance to department staff.
