The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of State Purchasing, seeks a CONTRACT SUPPORT ANALYST to provide functional support and oversight of the MFMP contract, monitor SLEs, and drive process improvements. This on-site role is based in Tallahassee.

You will track contract metrics, prepare SOPs, manage invoices through Ariba on Demand, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of professional contract management or system support experience.
• Experience with MFMP or procurement systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional support and oversight of MFMP contract and SLEs.
• Monitor contract deliverables and ensure compliance.
• Track, analyze, and report contract metrics.
• Prepare SOPs and user guides for contract verification.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and document minutes.
• Process payments via Purchase Order and Ariba on Demand.
