Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI seeks a GCO Contracts Analyst II to manage clinical trial agreements, data use and transfer agreements, and related contracts. You will review, draft, and negotiate documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with investigators and central offices to support clinical research programs.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume submissions, interpreting policies, and maintaining professional standards while collaborating with teams

Qualifications

• Experience in preaward grants and clinical research support is required.
• Strong knowledge of NIH/OMB regulations and research management guidelines.
• Ability to interpret policies and coordinate with sponsors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate clinical trial agreements and related documents.
• Interpret institutional and sponsor policies to ensure compliance.
• Manage high-volume submissions and complex awards with minimal oversight.
• Communicate clearly with departments and sponsoring agencies.
• Collaborate with GCO analysts and MCW stakeholders in a team setting.
