Responsibilities

• Review consultant and A&E cost proposals, staffing changes, contract amendments, cooperative agreements, and time extensions as assigned.
• Reconcile proposed labor categories and personnel, hours, rates, effective dates, and extended costs against the executed agreement, amended agreements, and rate sheets.
• Check the full set of rates and calculations; identify unauthorized classifications or charges and other discrepancies.
• Prepare reproducible Excel analyses with references, control totals, and exception flags; organize findings by labor category or period.
• Review contract scope, term, funds, approvals, and applicable indirect costs; do not assume allowances without support.
• Maintain original source data, track rate-sheet versions, document exceptions and resolutions.
• Summarize numerical findings for managers and escalate material issues or questions.
• Support competitive solicitations and procurement documentation, including drafting and review for accuracy.
