Job summary

MAAS Companies in California is seeking a Contract Administrator III to join the PMO Contracts Team. You will own procurement from planning through award, preparing procurement packages, addenda, evaluation materials, and contract documentation.

In this role you will manage multiple procurements for district and college stakeholders, track status, ensure quality, and comply with policies under audit. A strong attention to detail and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience relevant to this work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions for design, construction, and related services.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• A reliable, responsive work ethic with the highest integrity, and the accuracy to hold up under audit.
• The ability to track and report status accurately across several projects running at once.

Responsibilities

• Competitive bid and selection processes for construction and professional services, planning through award.
• Procurement documents, addenda, evaluation materials, approval and award documentation, and contract documents.
• Multiple concurrent procurements for different District, PMO, and college stakeholders.
• Reporting, tracking, and quality control on every procurement you run.
• Strict adherence to District policies, procedures, templates, and applicable law under regular audit.
