Job summary

MAAS, a California-based firm, seeks a Contract Administrator III to join the PMO Contracts Team. You will own procurement from planning through award, preparing bids, addenda, evaluation materials, and contract documentation for multiple district stakeholders.

This detail-driven, compliance-heavy role requires 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and strong Excel/Word/Adobe Acrobat skills. In-office position with no remote option.

• Working knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions for design, construction, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Own competitive bid and selection processes from planning through award.
• Prepare procurement documents, addenda, evaluation materials, and contract documents.
• Manage multiple procurements concurrently for district, PMO, and college stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, tracking, and quality control on every procurement.
• Strictly adhere to district policies, procedures, templates, and applicable law during audits.

Youpreparetheprocurementpackages,addenda,evaluationmaterials,approvaldocumentation,awarddocumentation,andthecontractdocumentsthemselves.Yourunseveralprocurementsatoncefordifferentstakeholders,andyoukeepeveryoneofthemtracked,reported,andaudit-ready,becausethisworkisunderconstantinternalandexternalreview.Itisadetail-driven,compliance-heavyrolewithminimaladministrativesupport,soyourorganizationandaccuracycarryit.ThispositionisfullyinthePMOoffice,withnoremoteorhybridoptionperDistrictpolicy.

Compensation

Salaryrange:$115,000to$126,000peryear,basedonexperience.
