Job Summary

The Procurement Construction Manager provides professional procurement and contract management support for Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities projects. This role ensures compliance with corporate procurement policies, delivers best-value purchasing outcomes, and partners with internal stakeholders to negotiate, manage, and optimize contracts across complex construction and facility management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver “Best Value” procurement services for real estate and construction projects.
  • Conduct, organize, and document all purchasing activities in compliance with company procedures.
  • Drive contract negotiations and support the change order process across all project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Professionally challenge suppliers to improve quality, efficiency, and total value delivery.
  • Support cost control, spend reporting, and supplier performance tracking.
  • Promote a strong corporate culture of inclusion, integrity, and sustainability.
  • Perform other procurement and sourcing-related tasks as needed.
Required Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management in construction or engineering environments.
  • Proven ability in contract formation, negotiation, and administration.
  • Experience in change management and dispute resolution for construction projects.
  • Working knowledge of industry contracting practices and procurement methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
