Job summary

Everlast Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing and Claims Coordinator in Lebanon, PA to manage day-to-day purchasing for buyout products, accessories, and vendor-supplied items.

The role also coordinates administrative flow of material and vendor claims from submission to closure. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in purchasing or claims administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations preferred; related work experience considered in place of a degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory coordination, vendor administration, or claims administration preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office; ERP/inventory systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders for assigned products and vendors.
• Review vendor acknowledgments for pricing, quantities, lead times, and delivery info.
• Track open orders and follow up on overdue shipments and plant needs.
• Monitor inventory and address below-minimum stock, excess, or shortages.
• Coordinate plant replenishment, transfers, and special vendor programs.
• Reconcile PO, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain purchasing records and supporting docs.
• Assist with inventory, forecasting, and vendor performance reviews.
• Escalate supply or vendor issues to Purchasing Manager.
