Job summary

Arizona Roofers seeks a Roofing Claim Coordinator to own the claims process from initial handoff to final RCV collection. You will serve as the main contact for homeowners and claim owners, coordinate with adjusters, and ensure documentation and scope-of-work are precise and complete.

The role requires experience in property insurance claims, knowledge of ACV/RCV, supplements, and appraisal procedures, plus strong organization and communication skills across CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience with property insurance claims and roofing or construction claims management processes.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim handling, including ACV, RCV, depreciation, supplements, and appraisal procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM and insurance claims management software systems.
• Understanding of ITEL testing and reporting, repair test protocols, and scope-of-work documentation standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for handling homeowner inquiries and negotiating claims outcomes professionally.

Arizona Roofers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roofing Claim Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between homeowners, insurance companies, and our internal sales and accounting teams, taking full ownership of every claim from sales handoff through final RCV collection. Responsibilities

• Manage and handle all aspects of roofing insurance claims from sales handoff through final RCV collection, including documentation and follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and claim owners, keeping them informed and confident at every stage.
• Attend and support adjuster meetings as needed, ensuring all damage is properly documented and presented.
• Oversee the fulfillment of ITEL samples and reports, and handle overflow submissions directly when required.
• Conduct repair tests as needed to establish repairability and support the scope of work.
• Write, submit, and actively manage supplements through approval, following up persistently until the full scope of the repair or replacement is recognized.
• Address adjuster objections, denials, and partial approvals with thorough documentation and a clear justification of scope, escalating carrier pushback to leadership when needed.
• Ensure every approved scope fully reflects the work required, maximizing recognized claim value within policy terms and applicable law.
• Identify claims that warrant appraisal, recommend the appraisal path, and manage that process from invocation through award.
• Assist with ACV collection, deductible collection, and final RCV payment, coordinating with accounting to keep receivables current.
• Maintain clean, complete, and audit-ready job files in the CRM, including photos, correspondence, estimates, supplements, and payment records.
• Keep sales representatives informed of claim status and required actions without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Report directly to leadership on pipeline status, claim outcomes, and bottlenecks, and contribute to improving insurance department workflows.
• Assist with any additional tasks needed to move claims successfully through the pipeline.
