Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree and professional procurement certification strongly preferred.
• Six or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategy for Business Services vendors.
• Lead RFx processes (RFP/IFB/IQ) and negotiations.
• Oversee contract review, drafting, and negotiations (NDAs, Master Agreements, SOWs).
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and spend analysis.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate stakeholders and drive adoption of procurement policies.
