Job summary

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is seeking a Procurement Manager II / Procurement Card Administrator at its Central Office in Cayce, SC. You will manage the P-Card program, train staff, and ensure compliance with the SC Consolidated Procurement Code while coordinating with the issuing bank and state Comptroller General’s office.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in procurement/contract management and experience in procurement operations, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement/contract management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement and contract management and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Purchasing Card program and oversee cardholders and liaisons.
• Provide training on policies, procedures and issuer software.
• Supervise P-Card Unit and perform end-user training.
• Reconcile P-card transactions and ensure proper documentation and tax handling.
• Act as liaison with issuing bank and Office of the Comptroller General.
