Job summary

SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (Office of Mental Health) in Columbia, SC is seeking a Program Coordinator II to develop and implement a comprehensive staff development program for clinical and administrative staff. You will track trainings, ensure compliance, and support interns and CARF accreditation.

The role requires a bachelor's and a master's in a related field, with two years of clinical experience, licensure, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field with at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Licensure as LMSW, LISW-CP or LPC.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead committees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a comprehensive staff development program for clinical and administrative staff.
• Monitor compliance with required trainings and maintain training files.
• Oversee onboarding of clinical interns/volunteers and manage documentation.
• Lead CARF accreditation activities and prepare related materials.
• Provide DLA-20 training and follow-up feedback for rostered staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Office of Mental Health Compliance Plan.
