Responsibilities

• Expedite deliveries by reviewing PO receipt reports and contacting vendors.
• Process non-bid purchases and issue purchase orders.
• Investigate and correct purchasing and invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain purchase order files and records.
• Monitor PO ETAs and coordinate timely delivery; resolve exceptions.
