Job summary

Environmental Air Systems seeks an expeditor/procurement assistant to track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. You will liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and coordinate logistics across procurement, warehouse, and project management functions.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience in construction or manufacturing procurement, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems such as Viewpoint.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in expediting, procurement, logistics.
• Construction or manufacturing procurement experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project management teams.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint).
• Identify and address delays, shortages, or scheduling risks proactively.
• Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization within procurement operations.
