Franklin County Ohio Department of Human Resources seeks a Bidding Coordinator to facilitate county procurement activities, including ITB, RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

You will collaborate with county agencies to develop procurement timelines, review specifications, manage addenda, and coordinate bid openings and vendor communications while maintaining records and supporting public records requests.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in business administration, paralegal, supply chain management, or related field.
• CPPB certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in line with regulations.
• Review specs, requirements, questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Host pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and manage addenda.
• Maintain bid records, procurement timelines, and supplier outreach.
